Health and Social Care (HSC) in Northern Ireland has a requirement for the provision of secure off-site storage facilities for the storage of various types of records with related services. These records may be stored at file level or box level. The related services include, but are not limited to. Collection of records from HSC premises. Retrieval of records from within the Contractor's off-site storage facility. Secure transportation of the records by the Contractor both from and to HSC premises. Secure ICT system requirements to ensure full tracking and traceability of all records. This is a Prior Information Notice to inform the market that Procurement and Logistics Service (PaLS) has a requirement for the provision of secure facilities for the storage of records and related ancillary services on behalf of Health and Social Care in Northern Ireland. We wish to inform suppliers of our envisaged procurement plan, outline tender requirements and invite discussion on innovative approaches to this service.
