Southport Air Show 9th 10th, & 11th September 2016 - Large Digital Screen Required

Background Sefton Council’s Tourism Section is responsible for arranging events for the Southport area which includes the Southport Air Show each year. The Air Show is the largest event in the seaside resort celebrating its 25th anniversary this year. This is a hugely popular event that is well attended. The date for this year’s event is Friday 9th, Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th September 2016. Specification Sefton Council is looking for a suitable supplier for the hire of a large digital screen at the Southport Air Show which will have various images, video and twitter feed. Consideration needs to be taken for this outdoor event for the weather, including the need to be able to see the screen in sunshine. The Client Officer has no idea of a suitable size screen that would be needed for this event, so if bidders could include as much detail of the screen as possible with photo attachments would be a great help.
