Tender description
The consultants are required to produce a set of options and a recommendation on which organisation is best suited to deliver the DS (i.e. run a discovery phase). This discovery phase also needs to factor in: • User need for both the referring of dismissed staff data and the checking of potential employees against the database; • The securing of the data and proportionality of data visibility; and • The compatibility of any options against the current backdrop of Central Government ICT.
