Tender description

East Ayrshire Council, on behalf of its service delivery organisation known as the East Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership, requires a dynamic service which follows the ethos of a social enterprise. The Service Provider will be experienced in supporting adults with a learning disability, Autistic Spectrum or Mental Ill Health. This is a business that is motivated to achieve 2 main goals: to achieve social, cultural, community economic and environmental outcomes and to earn revenue; thus increase capacity and self sufficiency for individuals and impacting on their communities and lessening reliance on the social safety net and statutory services. The service will be based on community benefits and opportunities for all who attend and will be for a period of 2 years with 2 1-year extension options.
