The Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to notify the market that the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) plans to host a market engagement event to further develop its understanding of the market for Access to Work Ergonomic Assessments. The market engagement event will be held on Friday 1.7.2016 in Birmingham. Full venue details will be provided to interested parties on registration via the DWP e-procurement solution bravo solution. As such, this PIN does not formally signify the commencement of any procurement and does not constitute commitment by DWP to undertake any procurement process. In the event that DWP decides to formally commence the procurement pursuant to this PIN, a separate Contract Notice will be issued. The purpose of the market engagement exercise is to discuss with interested parties the proposed requirements and procurement approach. A copy of the outline draft specification is available to interested parties, by submitting a request using the contact details on page 1 of this PIN. Representatives from DWP shall be present during the market engagement event to provide information about the outline requirements. Following the market engagement event, a copy of the questions raised by interested parties and DWP's responses to such questions will be made available to all those interested parties that expressed an interest to attend the market engagement event. Estimated funding for Access to Work Ergonomic Assessments over the contract period excluding VAT is c 3 800 000 GBP annually. Final amounts to be confirmed.
