Tender description

The works consists of the upgrade and replacement of existing Mechanical Services installation along with the introduction of a Combined Heat & power system to improve efficiency and reduce the overall annual running costs for the Crystal leisure Centre, Cork Road, Co. Waterford. The Crystal Sports & Leisure Centre is a two story building comprising of the following: 25 metre indoor swimming pool, Changing rooms, Sauna, Sports Hall, Bar, Kitchen, Café/Restaurant. The main plant & equipment was installed in 1998 and has been poorly maintained in the interim. There are three main mechanical plant areas: a) Mechanical Boiler Plant room located on the ground floor b) Swimming pool filtration room adjacent to boiler room at ground floor level c) AHU Swimming pool & Changing areas located on flat roof above the gym
