Maintenance support for Critical Equipment at CPI’s Printable Electronics Facility

Tender description

You are invited by the Centre for Process Innovation Limited to submit a tender for the provision of Maintenance Support for Critical Equipment located at CPI’s Printable Electronics facility. The maintenance support services are to include but not limited to; • Servicing and repair of the specified equipment outside warranty: o Preventative maintenance contracts, o Ad-hoc servicing or maintenance o Break down call-outs, • Supply of spare parts and consumables to support continuing operation of the equipment • Supply of software support • Onsite and remote vendor assistance • Provision of Technical Training for Equipment Specified • Upgrades and retrofits to enhance operating capability • Any other technical support required to ensure the operation of the equipment which is not covered by the vendor warranty
