Tender description
The Council intends to award 1 contract for the provision of Older Persons Housing Related Support Service. The provider must locate staff within the 3 geographical areas, North, East and West which reflect the existing community network areas of Bridgend County Borough, these areas are detailed in the tender document. This service will provide a homeless prevention approach which is flexible and time-limited. The provider will need to develop innovative responses to meet the demand and adopt a multi-agency approach in assisting service users, age 55 who are residents of Bridgend County, who can demonstrate a local connection and a need of housing related support.
