North Lincolnshire Council are publishing this Request for Information to obtain information from the provider market regarding a Social Alarm and Telecare Service. Service users receiving any new service will have varying levels of need ranging from those requiring social alarms (mobile pendant alarms) through to those requiring items of telecare equipment, the service should ensure service users are Prevented from being socially isolated, Able to obtain a response in an emergency, supported to live independently, supported to offer reassurance to family and carers. The service will require a provider who is responsible for the following: — Procurement and sourcing of pendant alarms, items of telecare equipment and base units for new service users. — Installation. — Maintenance. — Removal. — Changes/replacement of Social Alarm and Telecare Equipment. The deadline for submission of RFIs is 12 noon 30.6.2016.
