Tender description

In support of the Welsh Government's, ‘Alternative delivery models in public service delivery: An action plan’, the National Procurement Service for Wales (NPS) is seeking expressions of interest from potential providers who could deliver a Neutral Vendor Model to secure external advisory services to prospective Welsh Public sector organisations. This advice could span the 5 stages of ADM delivery from (1) scoping initial ideas, (2) developing outline business cases, (3) feasibility, (4) set up and (5) delivery and management. The neutral vendor would not be involved in the delivery of advice, rather the services provided could consist of the following: Developing and managing a supply chain of Alternative Delivery Model providers across a range of disciplines. Managing payments from the Welsh public sector and payments to the supply chain to agreed time-scales. Providing an accessible service to the Welsh public sector to draw upon the suppliers. Providing an oversight of the outcome reports and appropriate guidance and monitoring. Supporting the NPS at supplier engagement events.
