For the provision of an External Appraisal Facilitator

Tender description

The purpose of the External Appraisal Facilitator will be to externally facilitate the appraisal of the Board and Committees to ensure: • the continued good governance of the Society, • compliance with the appraisal requirements set out in the HCA regulatory standard for Governance and Viability, and the NHF 2015 Code of Governance, • the process is rigorous and benefits from independence of judgement. Documents will be available from 10.30am on the 13/06/16 to download from www.the-chest.org.uk and submissions should be made no later than 12pm on the 04/07/16.
