Drafting Statutory Education, Health & Care Plans

The London Borough of Hillingdon would like to invite quotations for support with drafting statutory Education, Health and Care Plans for new statutory assessments and for transfer of Statements to Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCP). The Provider is required to have a secure email exchange system with demonstrated experience to be able to provide high quality analysis of the information provided to draft EHC Plans using the LBH template. We anticipate our requirements to be approx approximately 144 new assessments that will require progressing to draft plans. We also anticipate that we may require up to 500 Statements to be transferred to EHC Plans by March 2017. These numbers represent an estimate of the anticipated requirements and have been given to enable the provider to consider whether they have the organisational capacity to undertake this level of work. However, whilst these numbers are anticipated, please note there is no guarantee that this level of work will be requested from the provider.
