NHS England Devolution Programme Policy Support - CCS CONSULTANCYONE (LOT 2.1) SUPPLIERS ONLY. Our requirement is to procure consultancy support for the Devolution Programme Team and Policy Leads across NHS England to undertake detailed policy analysis and to develop a policy framework for devolution of NHS England functions. We are looking for a Consultant who can provide strategic and policy capacity and capability to: • undertake detailed policy analysis and development with NHS England leads to develop an NHS England policy position on the devolution of each of NHS England’s relevant functions to local systems • co-develop with NHS England colleagues a policy framework that supports the design and implementation of devolution of NHS England functions • set out the key questions and implications for both local systems and NHS England in terms of each overarching ‘devolution’ model • co-develop with NHS England a set of clear recommendations and requirements for secondary legislation that will support the successful implementation and delivery of local government devolution of NHS England functions We are currently notifying ConsultancyONE suppliers (Lot 2.1 only) at an early stage via this communication to ensure our upcoming requirement is highlighted, and envisage that the full tender documents will be made available to them by the end of the June 2016.
