Framework for the Provision of Consultant Civil Engineering Services on Unfinished Housing Development Resolution Projects. Roscommon County Council wishes to establish and operate a multi-supplier Framework Agreement for the provision of Consultant Civil Engineering Services, including the provision of Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP) Services for Unfinished Housing Development Site Resolution Projects The consultants included on the Framework Agreement, who will be appointed individually, will be required to provide professional design related services on projects for the Planning Department.
