The Authorities have an in-house service for the administration of Car Parking Enforcement in the Bolton and Rochdale borough's. The Authorities have reviewed this operation and wish to go out to tender for a joint contract with the view of providing a quality cost-effective service with savings that can be generated by sharing the cost in relation to Civil Parking Enforcement and Car Park Services (Car Park Services applies to RBC only).
