Information and advice service on the Care Act via a dedicated helpline, including the types of care and support available, choice of providers, how to access care and support, how to access independent financial advice, support individuals to understand the financial implications of the Care Act and how to raise concerns about the safety or wellbeing of an adult who has care and support needs.
