CALL OUT ELECTRICAL / BUILDINGS SERVICES MAINTENANCE CONTRACT FOR LIMERICK INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY

Tender description

LIT proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of one (1) single-operator framework agreement for general small works and maintenance service for it's Limerick, Thurles & Clonmel campuses. Generally the works carried out would involve the provision of an attendant electrician for maintenance work and calls to attend to trip outs and minor electrical faults. At the same time this electrician would be moving forward a variety of small projects. Additionally the electrical contractor would be required to carry out projects and refurbishments with our in house works team as they arise. Mostly the works can be planned and contained during normal working hours. However a few occasions arise each year in which an emergency call out or out of hours work is required.
