Design is due to be issued at RIBA Stage 3 with the Main Contractor developing the scheme from RIBA Stage 4 to 6. Scheduled date for Contract Award is 7.2.2017, mobilising thereafter with a Construction Period between 8.3.2017 and 5.2.2019. The University requires the School to be open early Summer 2019.
