Tender description

This requirement is for the supply, design, delivery, installation, commissioning and testing of services and builders work to support the installation of a new double-ended high security steam autoclave to serve Laboratory Suite BIG 027/029/031, at PHE Porton, Porton, Salisbury, Wilts SP4 0JG. The autoclave shall be fully and safely installed by the supplier. However a number of modifications will be required to the utilities serving the Autoclave to enable It to function correctly. The autoclave is to be installed in the agreed and designated location (027/029/031) on the ground floor of the North West wing of the PHE Main Building. Builders work modifications are also required to enable access for the machine and to allow the installation, by others, to take place. The Contractor shall liaise with the supplier during the installation to ensure successful completion of the project both safely and technically.
