Tender description

Glasgow City Council invites suitably qualified and experienced contractors to submit tenders in order to provide assistance in snow clearing and gritting operations during the winter maintenance period from 8.11.2015 to 7.11.2018. Such assistance is normally only required when severe snow conditions are experienced and contractors are unlikely to be able to carry out their normal activities. Should your offer be acceptable and when weather conditions warrant additional resources, you may be contacted by Glasgow City Council to determine what resources, if any, you can supply at that time. Please note that Renfrewshire Council are also listed as a purchaser on this framework agreement and may wish to purchase services during the life of the framework agreement.
