Tender description

To provide student standard woodwind and brass instruments and the periodic repair of existing stock. In order to remain viable for hire our stock of woodwind and brass instruments periodically needs repair and replenishment. This agreement will enable us to work with one supplier ensuring new instruments arrive in working order and existing ones are repaired as required. Delivery of instruments is to either the Manor Farm Site in Ruislip or the Hub's Instrument Store in Ickenham. Repair work can be carried out at the Ickenham site or collected by the supplier for repair at their premises. The specialist nature of the services required and the desire for the provider to be as local as possible, due to the logistics of moving musical instruments.
