Caerphilly County Borough Council has appointed road traffic management contractors onto a framework agreement in order to supply a service of managing road traffic on roads within the borough whilst general maintenance of the highways is undertaken. These services will be required beyond the in-house resources that may initially be used and at the sole discretion of the Council.
