Tender description

The provision of a single, fully integrated software package; with hosting and ongoing support/maintenance incorporated which will cater to its EPOS, Bookings Management, Online Ticketing and Online Retail (EBOTOR) requirements. The solution provided must include: development (specification and design); and implementation (delivery, installation, hosting, training and ongoing support). The software solution must have multi-venue capabilities, customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing functionality. The system must be flexible so that updates required to the software chosen, as they become available during the life of contract can be easily and quickly adapted. Tower Bridge Exhibition currently works with a supplier whose contact is up for renewal September 2016. Tower Bridge Exhibition requires a solution which can go live by this date. The project requires the development (specification and design); and implementation (delivery, installation, hosting, training and ongoing support for 5 years) of a fully integrated software solution in the first instance for Tower Bridge and the Monument; and for the Guildhall Art Gallery, Keats House, Barbican & Community Libraries, the City Information Centre and Guildhall Library:
