Tender description

The Authority’s requirement is for one (1) modular portable/moveable audio visual display screen to be approximately 12m² (twelve square metres) in size to be accommodated within a purpose made trailer for the easy transportation between sites and to provide a secure self contained enclosed unit during times of storage. The display screen is to be accompanied by a 12K outdoor PA system to project a sound up to a 1000 (one thousand) audience. The components of the system will include but not limited to the sources, mixer, amplifier, DI Box, cables, full range loudspeakers, and the monitors. The inputs (or sources) will be as a minimum but not limited to broadcast standard audio, microphones and musical instruments.
