Tender description
Single Provider Framework agreement for the provision of; Supervised Family Contact and Transport Services and Children’s Home and Community based Support Services. This service has historically delivered over the last three years, an average of 3354 hours per month of Supervised Family Contact and 1368 hours per month of Children’s Home and Community based support. Due to the nature of these services – particularly the Supervised Family Contact and Transport, the hours can fluctuate greatly on a weekly basis depending on the number of children involved with Social Care, Children who are Looked After, and the Family Court demands.
