Tender description

Provision of a Broadcast Management System to manage linear T V and on-demand content (with the option of Radio linear and on-demand content, such service provision to be discussed further with bidders in dialogue) in the UK (with regional variations. The system shall enable the planning, commissioning and scheduling process of media content, and provide media content-based management and regulatory reporting. The maximum duration of this contract will be 144 months, starting on 1.4.2016 and ending on 31.3.2028. The BBC's current expectation is that the awarded contract shall contain a transition period of 24 months followed by an operational service period of 120 months.
