Tender description

Soha has awarded a contract to a supplier to provide, design and implement an integrated specialist housing association software solution. The business processes to be supported are: Housing Management; Rental Income; Right to Buy Management; Right to Acquire Management; Shared Ownership Management; Leasehold Management; Service Charges; Resident Involvement; Complaints Monitoring; ASB Management; Customer Relationship Management; SMS Texting; Customer Web Portal; Property Management; Planned Maintenance; Asset Management; Stock Condition Survey's; Housing Asset Register; Component Accounting; Responsive Repairs; Gas Servicing; Asbestos Register; Contractor Portal for responsive and planned repairs; Mobile Working; Estates Monitoring; Reports; Performance Data. The Contract will last for an initial period of 3 years, with an option to extend for a further 2 years at Soha's discretion, giving a total potential term of 5 years.
