Tender description

An Expression of Interest (EOI) has been prepared by the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts for the purposes of seeking interest and outline proposals from potential suppliers for provision of an Integrated Business/ERP System at ECMWF's premises in Reading, UK. ECMWF's preference is for 1 fully integrated system; however, the quality of functionality is of utmost importance so consideration will also be given to suppliers of ‘best of breed’ systems who can provide a complete and coherent, integrator led, solution. Whilst only expressions of interest are being sought at this stage, interested parties must respond to the EOI in order to be invited to participate in the full bidding process that will take place later this year. A cost estimation is expected to be received from the interested bidders in-line with the requirements stated in the EOI document. Therefore there is no financial value attributed to the PIN as below. Also the date indicated in ‘II.6) Scheduled date for start of award procedures’ refer to the submission deadline for the EOI procedure.
