Tender description
The National Gallery of Ireland (NGI) wishes to tender for the provision of concession services by suitably qualified catering service providers for Catering and Events Concession Services. The Competition will comprise Lot 1 — Catering Concession for Operation of Visitor Café (Single Party Framework) at the National Gallery of Ireland in Clare Street Dublin 2, Lot 2 — Concession for Event Catering Services (Multi Party Framework) and Lot 3 — Combination of Lot 1 and Lot 2. Competitive Dialogue procedure for the establishment of a Single Party Framework Agreement for the provision of Catering Concession Service. Lot 1 Single Party Framework for the Operation of Visitor Café Services at the Gallery's Clare Street location, Dublin 2. The Framework will be based on an initial 4 year contract with the option to extend to a maximum 7 years subject to annual review. The Café is open 7 days a week during the public opening hours of the NGI. The Café menu requirements are to provide a contemporary café menu of hot and cold food items and hot and cold beverages. Candidates should be aware that in relation to Lot 1 there is a significant possibility that the application of the Acquired Rights Directive and the associated Irish Regulations may result in the transfer of current staff to the successful tenderer, the available details of which will be provided at the tender stage. The NGI proposes to engage in a Competitive Dialogue procedure for the establishment of a Multi-Party Framework Agreement for the provision of Catering Concession Services for Event Catering Services in National Gallery of Ireland. The proposed services concession will be for a three (3) year period with the option to extend to a maximum of four (4) years based on a review at the end of the 3 year term. Combination of Lot 1 and Lot 2: The NGI proposes to engage in a Competitive Dialogue procedure for the establishment of two (2) Framework Agreements for the provision of Catering Concession Services with the option to negotiate with the successful tenderer designate for each Framework. Lot 1 — Single Party Framework for a Catering Concession for the Operation of Visitor Café Services at the Gallery's Clare Street location, Dublin. Lot 2 — Multi Party Framework Concession for Event Catering Services in the National Gallery of Ireland.
