Processing, Treatment, Recycling and Disposal of Municipal Waste. The Council is currently considering its future waste treatment management options and will be seeking informal views and opinions from interested parties. The Council is keen to gauge interest and provide an opportunity for contractors to feedback on the proposed process and contract lot/package arrangements prior to commencing on a formal procurement process. The Council will use the information provided to scope out the future procurement and delivery of the long term plans for waste treatment services, which may include treatment and processing of recyclable waste, food waste, green waste and residual waste, as well as management of the Council's household waste recycling centres.
