Tender description

NHS Property Services Ltd (NHS PS) is inviting Proposals for the provision of services via a Framework for Temporary Labour and Permanent Recruitment Services. It is the authorities intention to self-manage its Labour and Recruitment services. Data provided for 2015/2016 shows that the estimated expenditure for Temporary Labour and Permanent Recruitment Services was 16 500 000 GBP. A continued programme towards Perm. recruitment is planned which will directly impact reliance on Temp. Labour. There are approximately 400 temporary post currently engaged within NHS PS. Indicative analysis shows that these are equally divided across the 4 Lots (100 posts in each Lot). To ensure correct allocation of resources and improved services the Framework will be divided into 4 Lots. The Authority is seeking, through this procurement process, to appoint 1 or more service providers per Lot, to provide a Temporary Labour Solution and Permanent Recruitment Services throughout England.
