Tender description

Public Health are seeking to commission a service provider to design and deliver an accessible tier 2/3 weight management service which will form part of Liverpool's emerging integrated weight management pathway. The aim of this service will be to reduce the number of overweight and obese children, young people and families (CYP&F) in the population of Liverpool by: — Increasing early identification of overweight/ obese children and their families by local services — Increasing appropriate referrals for weight management — Provision of an evidence based, multidisciplinary weight management programme that is city wide and but neighbourhood focused for children aged 3 — 17 and their parents/ carers.
