Tender description

This request is to extend the current Force Medical Advisers and Selected medical Practitioners (FMA/SMP) contract which is being provided by IMASS for a further 6 months for Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Police. We are currently re-tendering for a number of contracts due to collaboration which include Psychologist services, Psychotherapy, Physiotherapy and Eye sight testing whilst attempting to recruit 3 Occupational Health Advisers, a Senior OHA, an H&S Adviser, an Admin Supervisor and a Wellbeing Adviser. This is having a substantial impact on the workload and wellbeing of the OHSW staff and our ability to continue to provide a service to BCH. The Force Medical Advisers and Selected medical Practitioners play a pivotal part in the service we provide and by renewing this contract for a further 6 months would enable us to have continuity of physicians.
