We are developing an integrated healthy lifestyle service for Bristol and are keen to engage with all key stakeholders to co-create the model at a local level. We would like to invite you, as a stakeholder, to be involved in the development of the model for this service at a consultation event on 15 September 2016, 9.45am-4pm Refreshments will be available from 9am, with the event starting promptly at 9.45am. Lunch will also be provided. If you are unable to attend please pass this invitation onto your deputy or another colleague in your organisation.
