Tender description

This is a call to competition by CIE for the establishment of a multi-party multi-Lot Corporate Legal Services Framework Agreement for the provision of certain corporate legal services as required by CIE and its subsidiaries, in partnership with the CIE Group Solicitor's Office Service providers may be required to provide the services (‘Services’) in respect of one or more of the following advisory areas (each a ‘Lot’ and together the ‘Lots’): Lot 1: Commercial Law Services Primarily drafting and advising on commercial contracts. Lot 2: Non-Contentious Construction Law Services Primarily drafting and advising on construction contracts. Lot 3: Information Technology Law Services Primarily drafting and advising on information technology contracts. Lot 4: Pension Law Services Primarily advising on legal issues in relation to pensions and related law applicable to CIE's pension schemes and drafting amendments to the said schemes. Ad hoc requirements for the provision of Legal Services pertaining to the requirement of this lot. The initial period of this Framework Agreement is 3 years with an option to extend by a period of up to 24 months at CIE's discretion.
