Tender description
Due to an increase in demand from Industry & Research for 3D SEM Imaging, EBSD and EDX and microstructural analysis over larger areas which calls for extensive sample preparation to higher standards of finish. This proposed purchase will reduce sample preparation times and costs whilst also enabling NPL to stay at the forefront of SEM research and enable the development of a new science capability for large area 3D materials characterisation.
