The Kensal Canalside Development Infrastructure Funding (DIF) Study and Transport Study– purpose and scope The Council is commissioning this study to provide evidence to support the Local Plan Partial Review (LPPR) strategic site allocation for Kensal and the Kensal Canalside SPD which will be taken forward subsequently. This brief covers the study objectives, the key approach, programme and deliverables. It also covers the management and resources required to meet the deadlines. The transport study will inform the DIF and the Transport chapter of Kensal Canalside SPD and Transport Assessments prepared to support future development proposals within the Kensal Canalside Opportunity Area.
