Tender description

Newcastle City Council is undertaking a procurement to appoint service providers(s) to deliver a Parent Infant Psychotherapy Service in Newcastle. A PIPS is a psychotherapeutic service for parents and carers and their under 2s. It is intended for all those caring for a child aged 0-2 who are struggling to form a secure relationship with their baby. Newcastle service will have a particular emphasis on working with parents of newborns who are experiencing mental distress which is affecting the relationship with their baby in the immediate and longer term period.
