Tender description
Provision of care and support to people over the age of 55 with an assessed care need and who reside in Extra Care Housing. South Gloucestershire Council is seeking expressions of interest from organisations for the care and support service within 2 existing extra care housing schemes. The contract is for 60 months with an optional extension clause of 24 months subject to performance and funding. There is a break clause at 36 months.
