Tender description

The Authority is seeking to commission a range of services which it is collectively describing as ‘Help to Live at Home Services’. There are 3 separate elements to the overall service: — Element 1: Help to Live at Home (Day) Services — Preferred Providers; — Element 2: Help to Live at Home (Night) Service — Single City Wide Provider; — Element 3: Help to Live at Home — Approved Provider List. Whilst the Authority is running 3 concurrent procurement processes, these services will operate in a coordinated and seamless manner once commissioned and in place. This background information document gives potential providers an overall picture of the wider Help to Live at Home Services and each of the individual services. Providers may choose to submit a bid for any or all of the component parts of the service. The specific details of the procurement process and requirements of the Authority for each service elements are set out in a separate procurement document for each element. This background information is applicable to all 3 elements so should be read by providers regardless of which element or elements they are interested in bidding for. This Invitation to Tender relates to Help to Live at Home (Day) Services only.
