Tender description

Cell and Gene Therapy Catapult (CGT) is currently building a 55 000 000 GBP large scale advanced therapy medicinal product (ATMP) manufacturing centre (CGTMC) at Stevenage Bio-catalyst in Hertfordshire. The CGTMC is planned to open in May 2017 and will be operated as a multi-occupier facility for UK and global companies that are looking to scale-up the manufacture ATMPs for Phase III studies. CGT are therefore currently investigating the possibility of implementing a Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) service for this manufacturing centre. The service provider would manage the CGTMC supply chain, on and off site warehousing and all processes associated with the management of in process materials, patient/clinical material and final product ensuring regulatory compliance at all times. Cell and Gene Therapy Catapult would like to engage the supply market at this early stage to understand and interpret market intelligence into our decision making process. CGT are currently investigating the possibility of implementing a Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) service for this manufacturing centre.
