Tender description

Oxford City Council (“the Council”) are seeking a partner organisation to deliver a brand new multi-sportscomplex on Horspath Road in Oxford. The successful partner is asked to submit a proposal on how they woulddesign, build operate and manage the facilities. The Council has identified the core facilities and encouragesprospective partners to identify options for additional investment, to be funded through their own resources,which will improve overall viability.
