Tender description
Expressions of interest must be submitted by Friday 30.6.2016 NHS Bromley Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is inviting Expressions of Interest from providers of community services for a future procurement opportunity. NHS Bromley CCG is seeking to procure a wide range of community services. The services procured will be split into 3 lots as outlined below. Providers are invited to express interests in any or all of the 3 lots. The terms of the contracts awarded will be for 5 years with the option to extend by 2 years. Examples of services within this lot include but may not be limited to: children therapies, nutrition and dietetics, community paediatrics, children audiology, integrated children nursing and respite care, continuing care packages for children, safeguarding and looked after children services. Examples of services within this lot include but are not limited to: integrated community nursing, nutrition and dietetics, falls prevention, adult therapies, COPD, bladder and bowel service, tissue viability, vasectomy, wheelchairs and special seating, Integrated IT Services. Integrated Rapid Response and Transfer of Care Services including Rehabilitation.
