Tender description

Our intent is to outsource from 2016/2017 circa 5 000 000 GBP of existing customers (current occupiers) unrecovered water debt for collection on a commission basis. In addition to this we intend to outsource circa 30 000 000 GBP of closed account water debt where a collect or trace and collect solution is required. Similar projections are foreseen for the duration of the agreement. We are offering a 3 year contact with the ability to review regularly and a possibility of extension. The processor(s) must be authorised or have gained interim permission from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
