LTHW Heating pipework and natural gas infrastructure upgrade. Works as described within appended Mechanical Specification and drawings; overview of works below: • Replacement of the existing underground heating pipework within the main building • Installation of new radiators • Modifications to the existing heating flow and return headers in the plant room • Upgrading of the existing site gas supply and meters via a specialist sub contractor. • Modifications to the gas outlet pipework in the Nursery and Swimming Pool • Draining refilling and water treatment to existing LPHW heating system • All associated builders work and electrical work • Commissioning and testing • Provision of handover information Help and support: The Council will provide as much support and information as it can to help guide you through the quotation process.
