Tender description

The provision of scheduled bus and coach services from the bus stops comprised in Lot 1, Lot 2 and/or Lot 3 (as appropriate) at Dublin Airport, Co. Dublin for a term of 24 months (with an option at the sole discretion of the Contracting Authority to extend for a further 12 months). The Services shall be provided in accordance with the RFT (which for the avoidance of doubt includes both the Operating Terms and Conditions and the Licence) and the Tender submitted by the Tenderer (including any variation thereof) and any formal interchange of correspondence or information as the basis of the chosen Tender's obligations.
