Design and construction of a new build primary school at Hibbert Road, Maidenhead, SL6 1UT. Planning application has been submitted (Reference 16/00984/FUL). The contractor will be responsible for the development of the proposed design and discharge of planning conditions. Proposed procurement is 2 stage design and build. Proposed form of contract is JCT 2011 Intermediate Building Contract with Contractor's Design (ICD) Appointment of the contractor will be on the basis of the criteria to be published in the tender documents, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the following split: Qualitative assessment 60%/Quantitative assessment 40% Contractors wishing to receive the tender documentation should respond to Ralph Ward at the email address below
