Tender description
The Bernicia Group is required to maintain and manage information on asbestos containing materials within Bernicia Homes own property portfolio and as managing agents to privately owned flats through Kingston Property Services. Bernicia's Framework Contract in place for the Group to include, but not be restricted to the following: Asbestos surveying / sampling, air monitoring, re-inspections and training services and non-licensed and licensed asbestos removal including remedial works. The Framework Contract is let as 2 separate lots: Lot 1 — Management of asbestos services including asbestos surveying / sampling, air monitoring, re-inspections and training services. Lot 2 — Non-licensed and licensed asbestos removal including remedial works.
