Tender description
Architect Led Design Team for the Proposed Peace Campus (Incorporating Culture Heritage Centre, Youth Facility, Library and Community Hub), Monaghan. The Peace Campus is to be an integrated project made up of an iconic building, shared space, parking and recreational space at the old Machinery yard site in Monaghan Town. The overall design should bring together the various elements to be complementary and to allow good integration and access between them. The design should have regard to the scale and character of development in the area; it should provide a positive contribution to the streetscape and should be a Regional landmark development.
