Tender description

To identify and appoint 1 or more Architects with appropriate experience and capacity to design housing development schemes for the phase 1 housing company sites. The resulting appointment will initially be to RIBA plan of works 2013 stage 3 — award of planning approval. Novation arrangements will form part of the contractor procurement in due course.
